Rules for affiliation with the association (membership of the association)

 A.(Full membership) :

1. Holders of higher degrees (Masters and PhD) for those whose specialization is general or precise, molecular biology or genetics (within the medical specialties, pure sciences, agricultural and industrial).
with requirements:
– Master’s degree (thesis) specializing in molecular biology and genetics.
– Ph.D. (thesis) specializing in molecular biology and genetics.
2. Holders of higher degrees in other disciplines and has published research in molecular biology and genetics with the following requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (within medical specializations, pure sciences, agricultural and industrial) and has 7 published research papers in solid fields in the field of molecular biology and genetics
– Master’s degree (within medical, pure, agricultural and industrial disciplines) and has 5 published research papers in solid fields in the field of molecular biology and genetics
– Higher Diploma (within the medical specialties, pure sciences, agricultural and industrial) and has 6 published researches in solid fields in the field of molecular biology and genetics
– Ph.D. (within medical specializations, pure sciences, agricultural and industrial) and has 3 published research papers in solid fields in the field of molecular biology and genetics.

B.(Resercher membership) : 

1- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology
2- Bachelor’s degree in (medical specialties, pure sciences, agricultural and industrial sciences), provided that he has three published researches within a research team in this specialty.
3- Higher diploma students, master’s students, and doctoral students within (medical specializations, pure sciences, agricultural and industrial sciences), provided that the specialization of his studies is molecular biology or genetics.

 

C. (ٍstudent membership) : 

– Students of primary studies within (medical specializations, pure sciences, agricultural and industrial sciences) with the aim of supporting this specialization and spreading its culture among other sciences.

D. (ٍHonors membership) :  

– Experts, creators, innovators and inventors who have left a mark in the field of molecular biology and genetics, or those with achievements.

Note

1 – Physicians must be registered with the Iraqi Medical Syndicate and licensed to practice the profession, in addition to having a general or specific specialization in molecular biology or genetics.

2- A department for medical laboratories (specializing in molecular biology and genetics) will be established in which all the controls of the Ministry of Health will be approved – the laboratories section in the branches of molecular biology and genetics in order to unify efforts in supporting this specialty, and the membership of the association is not considered to cross the controls of the Ministry of Health.

Membership fees for annual subscription:

Required Fee Type of Membership
100,000 (one hundred thousand Iraqi dinars only) annually ( Full membership )
100,000 (one hundred thousand Iraqi dinars only) annually 25% discount for students (Researcher membership)
100,000 (one hundred thousand Iraqi dinars only) annually 50% discount for students (Student membership)
No Fee (Honors membership)

  1. Please download and fill out the form carefully from the special link at the bottom of the page and attach the required documents as mentioned above and send them via the following association email: ismbg.2019@gmail.com
  2. The application for membership is presented to the administrative body of the association, after which you will be notified of its acceptance or rejection
  3. In case of acceptance, please come to the association headquarters to pay the membership fees
    I will receive the ID of the association after a month
